Currently, we can ship products to United Kingdom on the online store.

When you browse a product page, you can see country options showing if the product is available or not in that country.

Shipping Carriers

FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL shipping, mainly depending on your shipping option and delivery address.

Free Shipping Fees and Delivery Speeds

 

The actual delivery time depends on your delivery address. If you select and pay for expedited shipping but we find your address not available with this service, we will inform you and refund you the same amount you spend on it.

30-Day Free Return and Refund

For each physical product sold by ViparSpectra, we offer a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. To be eligible for a return, you must keep the item in the original packaging, and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Virtual products, such as gift cards, are exempt from being returned.

We are responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s) within 30 Days.

Purchase for other people, companies, or organizations?

Usually, we will quickly process orders with identical shipping address and billing address.

We appreciate our customers often place orders for their friends as gifts or just make purchases for organizations. In these cases, when you provide two different addresses, we may contact you via the email address you offer or phone number to verify the transaction. 

Additionally, we need extra time to confirm and process bulk orders, so the delivery speed of bulk orders is uncertain, and we will contact you via email then.
